Information we may receive
If you send a website enquiry, request information, join a pilot, subscribe to SEPIDRA AI News & AI Blog updates, or use a SEPIDRA service, we may receive information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, message contents and information you choose to provide about your business needs.
Website enquiries
When you use our enquiry form, we use the information you provide to understand your request, review whether and how SEPIDRA may be able to help, contact you about that enquiry, and maintain a record of the related communication and follow-up.
The form is submitted through a controlled backend service rather than sending your information directly from the browser to our database. We may use trusted communications or workflow providers to notify the SEPIDRA team that a new enquiry has arrived.
Opportunity Finder assessments
If you choose to complete the SEPIDRA AI Opportunity Finder, we receive your contact and business details, your assessment answers, consent records, campaign attribution fields and the resulting versioned scores. Optional context may include a public business-page URL or Companies House number. We use this information to provide the requested assessment and personalised report, manage Founder review and delivery, understand operational themes and decide whether SEPIDRA may be able to help.
If you supply a public business-page URL and separately agree to review, the Founder may look at information already available on that page to add relevant context. A public-page review does not verify ownership, financial performance or every statement in an assessment. The report distinguishes participant-supplied answers from any SEPIDRA observation.
During the controlled validation cohort, an assessment submission is assigned a deletion date 30 days after submission. You may ask us to correct or delete information sooner through the contact details on this page. Minimal records may be retained where reasonably necessary to respect a request, maintain security and audit evidence, or meet an applicable obligation.
How we use information
We use information where necessary to respond to enquiries, provide and support our services, administer pilot or customer relationships, maintain security, improve our products and meet applicable legal or administrative obligations.
AI News & AI Blog email alerts
If you choose to subscribe, we use your email address to send SEPIDRA AI News & AI Blog updates, including verified breaking AI alerts, the daily AI brief and occasional new AI Blog articles. We record the fact and time of your subscription so that we can manage your consent and preferences.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. After you unsubscribe, we retain only the information reasonably necessary to record and respect that choice.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary technologies to keep the website secure, remember privacy choices and provide functions a visitor requests. Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain off unless the visitor makes a positive choice. Marketing measurement may include Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for visitors in the UK and EEA and relevant Meta group entities elsewhere. When activated after consent, it may receive browser or device information, the page visited, approved campaign parameters or identifiers, and limited event names such as PageView. We do not intentionally send enquiry text, assessment answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers or other form-field content to Meta. Meta Pixel is enabled only after Marketing consent on SEPIDRA’s controlled staging and production hostnames; visitors can withdraw permission through Cookie settings. No optional analytics provider is active.
Your choices
You can accept all optional purposes, reject all non-essential purposes, or choose analytics and marketing separately. Choices are stored on this device for up to six months. Use Cookie settings on any page to change or withdraw permission. A material change to the purposes or providers will require a new choice. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Opportunity Finder analytics
With your permission, we use limited first-party analytics to understand how people move through the Opportunity Finder, where they leave the assessment and how we can improve the experience. We rely on your consent for this optional measurement.
We record only a pseudonymous session identifier, fixed assessment step labels, limited campaign-source information, server-confirmed test or cohort status and, after a successful submission, the public assessment reference.
We do not add your name, email address, telephone number, business-page URL, free-text responses, assessment answers, browser fingerprints, raw advertising click identifiers or Meta matching data to analytics.
Analytics remains off unless you positively choose it. If you reject Analytics or have not made a choice, no progress event is recorded. Your choice is stored on your device for up to six months and can be changed at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics collection.
Uncompleted progress records are deleted no later than 90 days after collection. Events connected to a completed assessment are deleted no later than the assessment's scheduled deletion date. Internal tests and controlled fixtures are identified by the server and excluded from commercial reporting.
Our hosting and database providers process this information on our behalf solely to operate and protect the service. We do not share these Opportunity Finder analytics events with Meta or another advertising provider.
This first-party analytics amendment does not activate Meta Pixel, Conversions API, advertising audiences or advanced matching. Any future marketing measurement requires separate controls, disclosure, validation and approval.
